650 Series Features Include

 750 Series Features Include

• Minimizes the locking and reinforcement needed to strengthen the door to pass rigorous wind load testing.
• Fewer friction points and less additional weight results in a door that operates better and still yields greater strength than any other available to the self storage industry.
• Meets the requirements of ASCE 7 (American Society of Civil Engineers). The ASCE Standard is used in the Florida Building Code and the International Building Code.
• Applicable opening sizes range from 3′ wide through 10′ wide, with the maximum height being 10′.
• Locking device may be located on the curtain or the bottom bar.
• Doors may be installed on steel, concrete, or filled block jambs.
• Higher wind load ratings are available for certain sizes and can be determined on an individual basis.

300 Series Commercial Slat Door

300 SERIES COMMERCIAL ROLLING SLAT DOOR is produced with the highest quality and durability in the industry. The 300 Series consists of 3” – 24 or 22-gauge slats with a flat or curved profile. The slats are commercial grade galvanized steel and coated with Super Durable polyester paint. Model 324, 24-gauge, is available in sizes up to 16’ wide x 16’ high. Model 322, 22-gauge, is available in sizes up to 12’ wide x 12’ high, both models are a perfect choice for freight terminals, commercial and industrial applications.

400 Series Heavy Duty Service Door

The 400 Series Rolling Service Door delivers strength, versatility, and lasting performance. Available with 3” slats in multiple gauges  and profiles, it fits openings up to 40’ wide or 30’ high and offers Windload  and Miami-Dade options for high-wind areas—making it ideal for industrial  and commercial use

500 Series Rolling Fire Door 

The 500 Series Rolling Fire Door is built for openings requiring a fire-rated solution. Available with 3” flat slats in 22-, 20-, or 18-gauge steel, it installs to steel, concrete, or masonry and sizes up to 30’ wide x 24’  high (max 600 sq. ft.). Featuring a space-saving design and smooth operation,  its fail-safe system activates via fusible links, smoke detectors, or connection  to a central alarm.

• U.L. Label sizes up to 120 sq. ft., oversized labels are provided for openings up to 600 sq. ft. All doors comply with 45 minute, 1-1/2 hour, 3 hour, and 4 hour (18-gauge only)
• Slats: 22, 20, and 18-gauge galvanized steel flat slats, galvanized according to ASTM A-653 and finished with a high-tech polymer based super durable polyester topcoat.
• Guide assembly, barrel assembly, and hood

The 600 Series Insulated Rolling Service Door delivers durability, thermal efficiency, and high performance. Its 24–18 gauge slats with  a 24-gauge back encase a 5/8-inch polyurethane core (R-value 7.2). Sizes range from 40’ x 16’ to 28’ x 26’ with optional Windload and Miami-Dade certifications, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and climate-controlled applications
